「Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was noisy at the time of my stay due to other guests speaking loudly and opening and closing doors late at night and early morning. Before me needing to ask, the staff moved me to a quiet room. The breakfast was good. A decent coffee machine would have made the experience nicer. The hotel represents excellent value for money. It is around 10 minutes or so from Paro and 20 mins to airport.」

「Most staff are teenager and young adult sillyhearts. They have no initiative. This property does not provide tour guides nor get you connected with one. Constant bathroom leaks and backfiring showerhead during my stay. Water flying all over the bathroom at any time! The take hours to reply by Whatsapp or room phone. You will not get your food for at least an hour. Literally caught staff hanging up the staff phone and dancing for social media. There's nothing around this property. Would be better...

「Central in Paro.Paro is smaller than Thimbu and acording my oppinion more worth visiting. Depending of time of visit you may need varm clouth because nighttime it can be below 0 degrees celsius. It is amzing there still is a people not destroid by civilisation. They are genuin friendly and you will not see "white trash" in Bhutan. The fee 100 USD per night is used for free school and healthcare for the local people. I visited Bhutan first time 20 years ago and it is still the same-the new is...

「The FOH and bar staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, our room was not ready at 2pm and when we finally checked in at 4pm the bathroom was dirty (the room itself was fine and big). We had to ask the housekeeping to do the bathroom, and while cleaning, they did not replace an empty loo roll. The reason we booked it was its proximity to the airport and it served that purpose. The staff were doing their best in the circumstances, with big groups of unruly tourists arriving by bus.」
