「Todo estuvo muy bien!!! Llegamos tarde y ya no daban de cenar pero nos ofrecieron unos sándwich de jamón y queso con ensalada mientras disfrutabamos de la música en vivo en el bar! La habitación era enorme, el baño nuevo y las camas muy cómodas. Hay ascensor para subir a la planta alta.」

「The owner was very good about communicating ahead of my stay, and he even stayed up late to make sure I got in OK after my late arrival. Ealu is located in the heart of Sligo, so everything I needed was within an easy walk. The property is exceptionally clean and comfortable. And I love that the owner was easygoing and helpful with advice about the area, including his own outdoor adventure business! Thank you!! I would stay again in a heartbeat!」

「WiFi was very slow, bed was hard, pillows were very flat and hard, 1 elevator was broken with no “out of order” sign, no outlets by the bed - we both use cpap machines and the cords barely reached the outlet on the other side of the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. No A/C, but that seems to be common in the surrounding areas-the window did open for cooler air. Food in the bar was great but the service was a little slow. 」

「I found this property to be very conveniently located. And all of the staff are exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. The one thing I would say is to be aware that electricity and power at this location are not as updated as other hotels on the east side of Ireland and to be prepared and feel comfortable to ask questions as I did. From check-in to check out every question I had was answered far beyond what I needed to know and I greatly appreciated all the help.」

The rooms were very comfortable, and nothing was too much trouble when we needed assistance. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would happily stay here again.」

「Sligo was such a quiet and charming place. We enjoyed our time there. We stayed in Riverside Hotel for 1 night, the very spacious room, nice staff and delicious food gave us very good impression. The room was just face the river, which had amazing view. After checking out for days, we met some unhappy misunderstanding with the hotel, but finally the hotel management dealt with it effectively.」

「Lovely property but getting to rooms difficult and very small elevator. Asked for help with luggage and all he did was bring up trolley. We are 4 seniors. Dinner in hotel lovely but need more experienced help. She was only about 16 and couldn’t answer any questions nor figure out how to do two bills. A hotel of this quality needs better staff」

「It is like furnished college apartment. Kitchen has reliable essentials, functional appliances, there are coin operated laundry machines near the reception. Quiet, spacious apartment with lake view.」

「Room cold and decor needs to be upgraded. Breakfast mediocre. Evening meal was incredible as was spa. Some small tweaks would have made a huge difference. Staff were lovely. 」
