Very clean and tidy room. Staff welcoming. Rooms on the smallish side. Very convenient for the city. Had difficulty finding the car park which is not signposted from the road.

A good budget hotel. There is no staff to check you in—you do so at a kiosk outside of the hotel and it prints out a key for you, so be prepared to handle that. Once you check in it’s absolutely fine—clean and well kept; you can come and go as you please.

Very nice

Nicer than I expected! Great bar on site with food as well. I got breakfast there rather than getting the buffet. A 5-minute walk to the Neustadt train station. The wifi and AC were both excellent.

We chose this property for a two night stay in Dresden because it was within walking distance of all the major sights and had a parking garage. The staff were friendly but checkin took a long time. This seems to be a common issue at Motel Ones as we had the same issue at the Berlin-Alexanderplatz. The room and restaurant were bright and clean. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food. Decaffeinated coffer was availble but only as instant - disappointing. Nevertheless, I would stay again.

Trotz Lage an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse war es im Zimmer sehr ruhig. Freundlicher Empfang, tolle saubere Ausstattung in sehr zentraler Lage. Immer wieder.

Lugnt men ändå centralt.

Ett bra hotell som hade allt man behöver. Smidigt att parkera, bra öppettider i baren. Rummen är kanske i minsta laget men man åker ju inte på semester för att sitta på rummet. Rent och fräscht och tyst. Dock anser jag att frukosten har ett alldeles för högt pris i förhållande till vad som erbjuds. Det enda varma var kokt ägg. Men det finns ett antal caféer inom promenad avstånd där man får mycket mer frukost för pengarna. Men hotellets läge bredvid spårvagn och i den betydligt lugnare delen av staden gör att vi gärna återvänder.

Gute Wahl, egal in welcher Stadt

Wir nehmen gerne die Hotelkette, da wir von der einfachen und günstigen Übernachtung zufrieden sind. Allerdings sind die Umweltaspekte für uns etwas übertrieben. Uns ist aufgefallen, dass die Müllbeutel im Bad fehlen. Auch in den anderen Häusern. Das finden wir sehr unhygienisch, da auch Taschentücher und andere Dinge die im Müll landen einfach den Eimer verschmutzen und so die Servicekräfte den Eimer reinigen müssen.

Motel One - immer wieder gerne! Hier in Dresden war sämtliches Personal auffallend serviceorientiert und überaus freundlich- trotz des Riesenandrangs aufgrund der Filmnächte und des Nina Chuba Konzerts. KLASSE !!!

Das Hotel war super schön und das Service Personal top. Die Zimmergröße war sehr klein aber für zwei Nächte ausreichend. Ablagemöglichkeiten waren begrenzt. Der Blick auf die Nachbarschaft "Stadtreinigung" war schon sehr früh aktiv.

Uns hat es gut gefallen. Da wir selber ursprünglich aus der Gastro kommen guckt man immer mit anderen Augen. Der Service war teilweise nicht gut weils einfach keinen gab. Das betraf den Abend und Nachtservice. Schlüssel soll man nicht abgeben? Noch nie gehört. Der Rest war super, auch das Frühstück und der Service morgens. Für unsere Zwecke absulot ausreichend, wir würden wieder kommen.
