Hôtel très sympas et proche de ce qu’on recherchais, personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner très bien et correct. Les chambres sont spacieuses et donne un acces vers l’extérieur, calme et agréable. En revanche l’odeur ambiante est malodorante, la piscine par en lambeau c’est vraiment dommage pour ce si jolie lieu

Un check-in catastrophique... la réception ne trouvait pas nos réservations et nous a fait payer le plein tarif. Après vérification nous avons été remboursés. Chambre et sdb de base, cela fait le job pour une nuit.

Bonsoir nous avons bien réservé chez vous et sommes arrivés vers 18h30 personne a l'accueil tout fermé. Nous avons appeler le gardien pour essayer de récupérer notre clef de chambre avec la machine. Apres 3 essaies et aucun résultat car pas moyen de récupérer notre clef nous avons pris la décision de repartir. Pour cela nous ne pouvons pas évalué tout vos services par contre au niveau de l'accueil un peu déçu d'avoir trouvé personne pour nous acceuillir ou renseigner. Bonne soirée

Confirmed, but no room

Booked around noon and received my confirmation for the two nights. 'No need to call the hotel'. Arrived around 1AM in the night, when no staff was there anymore. Luckily, there was a machine which could give you the room key. But not under my name or confirmation number. Called the hotel's alarm number. With the 6 French words whe knew - staff only speaks French - we explained. And he explained: there's no room left, neither for the following night, and there also has no booking made in the hotel. 'It's a mess', is what he said about the work his front office colleagues do. So there has been made a terrible failure. He called a nearby hotel for us, very kind, but it was more expensive. He told we would been called by the next day to solve everything. Make a good guess: never got a call.
