「Very friendly staff, for older faculty it is very well maintained and clean.」

「It was so good place」

「I would choose this next time.」

「The front desk staff was nice - but that’s all this place has going for it. We had three rooms reserved. One room was okay - smelled moldy and musty. My kids allergies were crazy the entire time (they are highly sensitive to mold) Our other two promised rooms hadn’t been cleaned. Trash and unmade beds. It definitely was not cleaned by staff. We asked for two new rooms. The first room was fine but the smell of bleach was pungent and irritating. The next room I got had a hole in the wall with...

「The property have the best views.」

「Loved everything about this property! Room and whole property were extremely clean which is most important to me! I highly recommend the room with a balcony- it’s a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Look forward to visiting again!」

「I just want to start off by saying that we usually don't write reviews. What makes it a good or bad stay is pretty subjective. Maybe a hotel wasn't great for us, but it might be wonderful for someone else. Anyway, we felt like we needed to say something about our stay here. The biggest issue we had was that we could hear EVERYTHING from the next rooms. Like they were in our room with us. We didn't get very good rest/sleep here and what we were hearing was awful! The other thing is we arrived at...

「Room was exactly as described.」

「We spent 3 lovely nights with John and Debbie while in Waynesville to attend a wedding. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. When we departed early this morning Debbie packed us a breakfast snack to enjoy on the way back to the airport. We would recommend Love Lane to anyone who wants to explore the mountains of western North Carolina and stay in a beautiful house with a wonderful couple. Pete and Jeanne from MA」

「Breakfast was disappointing. A muffin and some French toast with sweet sauce. Property was great. Beautiful place and rooms were very nice」

「The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.」

「It's a beautiful area and best western was a great place to enjoy it! Hoping to be back in April.」

「Kids toys and bikes everywhere. I know leaves were starting to fall soon but it looked like it had been totally disregarded. I guess just not what we expected being the same price as the Hilton down the street. Not maintained well」

「Clean room, nice office staff, almost no water pressure at all, tiny room, the restaurant had a live band just a few yards from our room until 10:00 at night. We were not told that would happen. Heater didn’t ever shut off, room was run down.」
