「The snack machines were not al working nor were the soda machines. Choices were not very enticing.」

「Check in process took very long. I understand a big group was coming in that day, however the staff should have done something to ensure a smoother check in process. I had placed the clean room tag on my door at 8 am before leaving for the day, however the room was not cleaned when I returned at 1am. The bedsheets and comforter were not clean. The room had a musty smell.」

「The pillows were a little too high. After about 2 hours, I had a stiff neck. I slept with a rolled up towel. The shower could have an extra handle on the back wall for better balance. I felt a little unsafe. The only other thing was the people partying on our floor til 2 or 3 in the morning. We finally put the fan on to block out the noise. We were pretty tired driving home the next day. Everything else was great. We would definitely come back.」

「Nice hotel, walls are very thin. We could hear talking all night. Breakfast was very limited and coffee kept being out.」

「We stayed 2 nights. The room was very tidy, I check sheets for stains or bugs and everything looked good on the ones we needed to sleep on. The only issue we had with the room was that the hard wood floors were not scrubbed very good. I used the floor mat to wipe up some water that was on the floor and it was very brown after so wear shoes/socks when walking around. 「Great place to stay for a long weekend. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The Buffet breakfast was ok. Could have had more variety. Our room was very spacious and clean.
