「Very clean」

「The room smelled horrible like body odor and cleaning supplies. The cleaning smell did not overcome the body odor stench, my clothes the next morning smelled like it. The staff during checkout said they would have the manager contact me, but they never did. This place is for out of town workers that just need a place to crash for the night, spend a few more $$ and stay over by Harbison. I will not be staying again, lesson learned.」

「The “refreshed” rooms have poorly installed shower doors. They were literally falling off their brackets. A true hazard as they are glass. Reported to front and they moved us to another “refreshed” room where those shower doors were also not hung properly but not as dangerous as the first room. 」

「What a gem! Beautiful property that is so close to campus. Our room was so cozy and comfortable. Absolutely loved their embrace of the special needs community. True hospitality in every sense! 」

「A/C was quiet, but cold air flow made me very uncomfortable. It was blowing right in my face. I had to shot it down in the middle of the night. The window did not have an option to open it. Even not a smallest gap. It's crazy. Why not?! Also the smoke detector was flashing strong white light all night long, I wonder why? I should give them 3 stars. 4 was probably too much.」

「This place was very clean and up to date. Breakfast was good with a different menu each morning. Well lit parking lot with lots of lighting.」

「The room wasn’t clean and it smells like smoke. The carpet in the hallway had paper and dirt that needed vacuuming. The bathroom floor was dirty and nothing had been wiped down. The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very nice. That was my first and last time staying at this hotel. I should have just left, but I was too tired to drive. 」

「Staff was amazing! Housekeeping team even worked on the weekends. Very comfortable for my two week stay. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. 」
