「Very nice」

「我們是航班更改了，臨時訂的，只留了幾個小時，但我覺得房間清潔美觀，很不錯，但外面的車聲很嘈吵， 尤其在洗手間很清楚聽到外面車聲，但也不是很重要。 酒店裏有咖啡室請方便的 員工很好，還幫我安排翼日早上六點的計程車， 也為我們準備好外帶早餐，可惜房間的標示不是很清晰，洗手間有一瓶免費的水，然後標示寫着，如果要更多水可到Mini bar 取, 退房時卻收了$5 美元，但還是可以接受的。 」

「It was such an inexpensive place that it is really impossible to give anything but high marks. We only stayed a few hours before leaving after mid night to catch our flight. I can not give 5 stars because of the horrible check in system. My husband, myself, our driver stood in front of the building with no idea which gate we are supposed to go in. We kept ringing the bell next to the gate. After a few minutes we saw that the gate was unlocked. So, we went inside the yard. There are two doors....

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful breakfast with fantastic views of the city. The staff was incredibly helpful. Jimena helped us with everything from taxis to tours to finding places to eat. We felt extremely welcomed at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.」

「The staff allowed us to check in early. On the other hand, they charged us extra for the breakfast when we check in early but didn't compensate us for not consuming the breakfast when we checked out early.」

「hotel should be renovted from a apartment , but nice view is 9th breakfast area, but breakfast is poor, located in the middle of main area, can easily walk to main attraction, but still need pay attention on the closeby area safety , room is clean and fully equipped.」

「Staffs are very friendly, everything is great except bathroom: really dirty on the 4th floor. The dirty water won’t go down.」

「It's in a relatively quiet and safe neighbourhood with good dining options. A Teleferico station is nearby which provides a convenient transport to the city. While my room had good views and was clean enough for an overnight stay, the hotel was in an urgent need for upgrade. In the entrance and corridors, the hotel had an unexplained and unpleasant odour. I didn't choose to stay for more nights.」

「Great service, located near the wizard market. Before the trip, the hotel will send you the remind mail including lots of useful information about the exchange rate, how to take the cable car, and the tour information. Great service hotel. The furniture a little old-school style but they are all clean. 」

「As an American I can say that the breakfast felt a bit small and light but it seemed more traditional to the area so no complaints there. Not their fault I have a poor diet. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating even after our stay. The room was clean. The room also had a lil entry room so the door doesn’t open immediately open into your bed which felt more private. The area nearby had amazing restaurants and coffees just within a couple of blocks. La Rufina, Manq’a, Illapso...
