「The suite was well appointed. Renovations are modern and very nice. Sky bar and pub were fantastic. Be ready to valet for almost $30 before tip. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Starbucks is understaffed in the morning. 」

「We stayed in a king suite room; it was super spacious, updated, and clean. We loved the water park access! The restaurant, Sliders, had a good variety of food options and wasn't terribly overpriced. Breakfast was good--they had waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, and egg and sausage patties. My only complaints are that the water park was very overcrowded and there were too few lifeguards. Without adequate supervision, there were quite a few kids paying no attention...

「Second time I've seated elevations first time was what drew me back for the second second time. The air handler in the room really didn't do anything luckily it wasn't that cold out so didn't need much heat. The refrigerator really didn't work either at all. Kind of disappointing all all. It's a nice enough place to stay and I would recommend doing it. But some of the facilities in the room I had the second time were not up to par」

「It was a busy weekend but garbage was not emptied by elevator on 2nd floor. There was trouble with the room key card but staff was good about giving new cards however I believe it was the reader on the door that was the trouble.」

「Great area for families with children. The only thing we were disappointed in was we ordered quite a few times from the restaurant at the pool but they won’t let you bring in food from outside there restaurant at all. You can only eat there burgers and pizza so many times. We saw a lot of people bring in food from door dash and so we did the same and got told we couldn’t eat it in the pool area or surrounding areas. Pretty pathetic. We spent a lot of money at the hotel and the water park 」
