「主要服务员以及前台服务态度太差！带有种族歧视很严重」

「The room was clean and organized and the staff were very professional great service」

「I love this place and will always come back. Excellent facility!」

「Overall satisfied and it felt like home」

「Disappointing stay—nothing like the online impression Island Seas Resort looked much better online than it did in person. Cockroaches and poor cleanliness were major concerns, and the services fell well short of what I expected from a resort. There was no dining available during my stay. The only option was a coffee shop open for a couple of hours, offering coffee and a muffin. There was no concierge, and I ended up renting a car to get groceries and drive elsewhere for meals. I arrived...

「Room was great! Drains drained in shower and sink. Low water pressure 😔」

「We were concerned about the reservation not being cancelled and called on (2) occasions. And there is no restaurants close by to have dinner. I did hear you could take a ferri to port lucaya and have dinner but when I was looking for the ferri it wasnt available. I was there in the beginning of October and not...

「Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, Klimaanlage wurde ausgetauscht, allgemein wurden viele Zimmer renoviert bzw,. noch nötig」

The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...
