「My room had NO windows!!! It's like they put me up in a closet! Had to wait 15 minutes at the front desk to check in because there was no one around to help.」

「There is no parking unless you walk to the far visitors parking lot,we stayed 2 days but had to make sure we moved the truck to a different parking space so we didn't get tickets or towed.we were unaware that our 2500 truck couldn't park in the parking garage it's to big.we will stay at a different hotel next time due to the parking issue, the hotel was very nice.」

「Great historic hotel. We booked the king deluxe room. Despite the age of the building, our room was updated and modern, including the bathroom. This room was spacious and had multiple windows. It was definitely worth upgrading from the basic room. The room also had a sink, microwave, small fridge and dishes in case you decide to eat it. The only thing the room was missing was a full length mirror. The location was within walking distance of the historic main street and multiple restaurants...

「The bed was comfy but bathroom area was not adequate. No shower and toilet in a room smaller than a portable outhouse. 」

「Best hotel in Deadwood- great location, amenities, staff and food. Clean and well appointed. Yummy breakfast that was very affordable with add-on vouchers. Bar and casino good for adults and pool for whole family. Free parking and quick walk to main drag of deadwood stores, bars, restaurants, historical sites.」

「Just a bread and butter room, small and basic. But it was clean and comfortable and served its purpose. We were satisfied. Once it gets late, there’s nowhere to get ice nearby. Luckily, the bartender girl filled my Walmart bag just before close. cleanup dude on the golf cart Said I could use the hose to fill my water jug, which was awesome. Guy that runs the check-in counter. Had a super cool secret Zelda/anime gaming collection den in the back room, it looks pretty sweet from a distance ! No...

「This was a clean, well maintained place to stay. It had the feel of the country in the middle of the city. The staff was extremely helpful. When they saw me struggling up the stairs with my suitcase the owner stopped to help me. In the morning as I was struggling down the stairs the housekeeper offered to help me! Comfortable and had everything you needed. I would definitely stay again.」
