「Five stars for this funky boutique hotel. Perfectly located in Central Square, Cambridge MA -- easy walking to stores, restaurants. No breakfast in the hotel.. but a fabulous French Patisserie right next door. (Also next door -- Toscanini ice cream!!!) Only two complaints about the room: 1) Bathroom overhead light was set at 100000KW, and motion activated. This was unwelcome at any time, and seriously unwelcome at 3AM. (If there was a way to control, I could not figure it out.) 2) Zero...

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
