「Location is great, staffs are ok. The wifi is unusable. There is barely any signal. 」

「Mauvaise expérience. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 5 avec 2 lits doubles et le canapé lit. À notre arrivée en fin d’après midi, nous ouvrons le canapé lit et découvrons que les draps et serviettes sales des précédents occupants y sont en boule à l’intérieur. Un oubli cela arrive le canapé étant replié. Nous le signalons à l’hôtesse d’accueil qui de manière très désagréable nous a fait comprendre qu’il n’y avait plus de personnel de chambre et qu’elle ne pouvait rien pour nous. Son ton...

「Very relaxing environment. Pool area and beach great! Pool area service was friendly and timely. Prices are reasonable for food/drinks. This is not a Ritz Carleton, but has a friendly service oriented vibe where everything you’d want for a few days away is at your fingertips. 」

「Picked this hotel because it was new, but room very small and almost impossible to open our suitcases. Cushion on wall at one suitcase place fell off wall because screws were only going into drywall. On paper this hotel could check all the boxes, but it seemed a non-human designed it. Maybe done by "AI".」

「We had a suite on the 5th floor, overlooking the beach and Ocean. The suite was immaculate as was the property. Staff is wonderful. Pool is so nice to relax in. I can't really point to anything that made us unhappy or frustrated. We had a perfectly wonderful stay. Oh..the on-premise restaurant has a great menu.」

「This is a very popular spot - it was very busy, and the pool and beach areas stayed full. Get there early for chairs! The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. There is a place to store luggage if you need before/after checking in/out. The building is a bit past its prime, with furniture in rooms old and damaged and the walls/halls sort of dingy and nasty. The pool and beach access makes up for what the hotel facility lacks, as it's the perfect way to relax and enjoy the location.」
