「When you put yourself out there as a high end hotel, an established mainstay and icon of the local history one expects a bit more when staying here. As a matter of fact my wife stayed here about 18 months prior and had a great experience. 「The staff was very helpful and courteous. Their airport shuttle service was excellent. The facility was clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was typical hotel fare but okay for the price. The location was convenient with several dining options within walking distance. If you're flying into and out of Billings and looking for a good place to stay, I highly recommend the Boothill Inn.」

「Booked a 2 bed room, room 30 minutes to check in (it was not busy) and was given a single bed. Went back to front desk to request the 2 bed we booked, took another 40 minutes. Got a new room, again it was a single bed. Thankfully she processed us again quickly and got into an appropriate room. Not necessarily the desk clerks fault as she was obviously very new.
