「We got in late and the staff were at the desk waiting to check in, checking in was easy and directions were good to the room, room was just as pictured, a bit of a smell, probably from animals that are allowed, not terrible. Quality furniture and decor, no wash rags though 」

「Garbage on floor in room that wasn’t mine, white spots on floor, carpets in room and hallways were filthy. No elevator for ADA customer to access up stairs. Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room. Breakfast was a standard breakfast but either burnt or over cooked. Morning staff had music so loud could understand him or talk amount selves and...

「Everything was just ok the shower didn’t looked like it had been cleaned the toilet overflowed all over the bathroom let the attendant know all I got was a on and a plunger and handed a bag no mop or cleaner like bleach or something to clean the over flow from the toilet also if on site says pet friendly there shouldn’t be another fee if there not a place to ask are you traveling with pets then there shouldn’t be a fee there staff aren’t really friendly or helpful I do know that I will probably...
