「Enjoyed my stay. The staff were great. When I arrived to my room I noticed it felt pretty warm. I checked the thermostat and it was set on cool but blowing out hot air. I immediately notified the front desk and the gentleman immediately switched me to another room without hesitation. Definitely will stay again.」

「Hotel was conveniently located for what I needed for a week of work and the staff were very lovely and helpful. The lobby and common areas are pristine and the breakfast was really good every day. Love the Costa coffee in the lobby and they offered cookies daily:) I want this property to be 5 stars so bad, but there were definitely some things that could use attention! Used the gym and only 2 of the machines were operational. Pool was not cleaned and not in service. The first room I was given...

「There were no blankets on the bed. Only a sheet and a thin spread on top. I asked at the front desk for one, she looked and came back and said there were none. I ended up going into my car and using my camping blanket. The towels were thin and scratchy, something I would use to wash my car. I don't expect luxury when I stay at a hotel, but this was way subpar.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」
