「The appliances were not working properly, and when I reported to management, they expected for the customer to figure out what is wrong. For $200 a night and the Hyatt name, I expected better customer service from management and they should inspect the appliances alot more!」

「Very nice and friendly staff and good condition 」

「Check in was easy, the proprietor was very nice and offer places to eat etc..」

「This place is utterly charming and the reason all the stars are not filled in, is because those pages wouldn’t fully fit on my screen display and the website won’t allow me to scroll over! 5 stars for ALL categories!!」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「My go to place to stay when I come to Augusta for work. Safe area and Restaurants in walking distance」

「Good!」

「An exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Great stay!」

「Clean, courteous and nice breakfast! Very helpful and kind staff!」

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」

「Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and the included breakfast is good.」
