「Nimal (owner) is awesome. He met us at check-in, was super friendly and helpful with arranging transportation for us to get in and out of Ella. Awesome breakfast too. Great hotel room but it is always the people that make it feel like home. 」

The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The pool area is especially beautiful and relaxing. Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended for anyone visiting Ella!」

「This property has such a beautiful view! It is clean, peaceful and safe. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They respondedimmediately to any reques we had. One staff member got up with us at 3:30 in the morning to make sure we safely got on our way for a tour we had booked to Yala. I would stay here again and recommend it highly.」

「Transport to the location from the train station was an issue, this could be due to the number of tourist that were also on the train trying to get a taxi or tuk tuk. It took just under an hour walk to Nine Arches Bridge. It was a pleasant walk alongside the road. The property is a new build and has a lovely view of Ella Rock. 」

「Most beautiful location and nature. Host was so helpful and warm. Explained how to walk to Ella Rock from his property and gave us ideas of what to do locally. Even drew a map!! We had home cooked meals which were delicious And we went on the tea plantation tour at an old factory which he arranged and drove us too Beautiful stay and lovely host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「Don’t bother with this hotel. I had a paid booking but they refused to put me up, claiming that they didn’t have a booking for me from Expedia. Refused to budge and threatened me with police action, so I had to stay somewhere else. 」

「The homestay double booked my booking so I turned up and they had nowhere for me to stay. At 5pm I then had to try and find a room in Ella for the night, in peak season. Ended up staying in a dirty hotel as that was the only option left after 3 hours of searching, and got severely ill from the food there. My whole holiday was completely ruined thanks to Dimuthu homestay. Unbelievably unprofessional. DO NOT book here, it is not worth the risk.」

「This hotel was not in Expedia as per this property manager when we tried to checkin. I have not got refund yet. Please don’t book here and this hotel says that they don’t have any booking through Expedia. Expedia still researching for resolution. 」
