「Pls do not stay here. It is a scam. We gave us rooms that we did not book, in the basement of the motel. The sink had spider webs and termites were crawling on the bathroom counter. Towels were stained, fridge had mold, Mountain View was non existent. The stench was unbearable. Staff were incompetent. 」

We loved that the hotel was located a little outside of Ella proper, which allowed for connection with the beautiful environment and scenery while still being convenient to the amenities of the main town. 「This hotel has a million dollar view! I traveled in the shoulder season, meaning peace, no other guests next to my room so i enjoyed my veranda, seeing the most gorgeous sunrises. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, Sampa will make sure you have a tuk tuk to get you to the town, delicious breakfast and so much kindness. It's poorly run by unprofessional staff.The private villas are remotely situated, access is very difficult and there is also a feeling of insecurity. A lace tied to a door was used as lock. The mattress and pillows in villa are uncomfortable and smells. Very difficult to get transport for city and other attractions. Will not come there again.」
