In the advertising the room it mentions breakfast included this was not the case and i am very much upset about this fall advertising. 」

The shuttle was an added bonus. I did not take the shuttle to the hotel and our taxi driver got lost. So make sure you let the hotel know your arrival details so that the shuttle would be available. 」

I booked for 2 and noticed day before departure that the booking had somehow changed to a booking for 1 person, but at the same price for two! 「staff was amazing , they went out thier way to make a personal and not only know your name and room number but also your favors such as drinks snacks and more. breakfast lunch dinners at buffet was also good and varies in food options. rooms are clean and fresh. pool area and beach area and lounging area also clean . it was my daughter and my birthday and the simple things done such as a little cake checking up on us and just saying happy birthday was so special and appreciated when they went...
