「Hotel was in a lovely setting right on the river.It did have bad reviews but dont take any notice of them .The room was spotless and well equipped and overlooked the river .We had dinner there and food was good the only slight issue is the menu which should have a few more normal dishes but apart from that it was good as was the breakfast served looking out at the river.Parking was no problem loads of room.We will be going back later this year.」

「The main house, gardens and grounds were excellent and well maintained. Our room in the Mews was very large with french windows opening on to a shared patio, essential in this heat. There was no air conditioning, or fan and our phone in the room did not work. We were supplied with a faulty portable fan, but in the end the open doors provided enough cooling air. The shower was superb with enough hot water whenever we needed it. We could have done with a table and chairs to sit and organise...
