「El hotel está bien situado, con buenas vistas en un paraje muy tranquilo y con buen aparcamiento. Desde la habitación veiamos el Parque Acuático Magiklan que está a 5 minutos en coche. Sin duda, un hotel excelente y tranquilo ysin bullicio para poder relajarse en sunpiscina exterior o en su Spa.」

「Went with my husband for a night. Due to flight delays we arrived around 1 am at the hotel and we had to walk around buildings, with all our luggage, because the main building as locked. What?? Check-in in one building and then return to the main one. The amenities were very poor. Just a shower gel and a body cream. We booked the shuttle to bring us at the airport in the morning and the driver was late (he was inside the hotel talking to his friends). For the price I paid, I don’t really...

「For context, we stayed here as part of our honeymoon in Portugal, and it was by far the best place we stayed. The design of the hotel was beautiful. Everywhere you looked, there were fantastic views of the Douro River and surrounding hills framed by massive windows. The facilities were amazing.
