「没有想象中那么好，设施一般」

「Very clean, beautiful and great service」

「they got me in quick , just what i wanted . i WAS TIRED」

「Very Disappointed. I've stayed here many times before and appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel. Frustratingly, my rental car was not available on time so I immediately called SpringHill to request a change of room night for the next night. I have proof the rental car agent never showed, I bought extra travel insurance, I paid with AMEX (more insurance) and I'm a BonVoy member. Imagine my surprise when the GM refused to switch my stay for the next night. I told him I would have been happy to...

「This hotel was clean and employees was extremely friendly. I love the assistance we received during breakfast. The young lady help me and our children in getting waffles or anything else we needed. I don't know the young lady name. But I would like to say thank you and that more hotels need to have people like her and the rest of the staff.」

「Just a great place to stay.」

「Warm holiday decorations and clear」

「Very kind staff. Disappointed the pool was not available」

「The rooms were clean, surprised they had in the room pots, pans, full electric stove, and dishwasher ready for your use。 The hotel was nice and quiet in the evenings。 One con, bring your own bar of soap, and dish detergent。 They do supply liquid soap for the shower. Apps on TV are limited.」
