「I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. 「由車站步行到酒店大約5分鐘，由於我差不多晚上11時才到達，Reception 已經關閉，我第一次使用門外的自助Check-in機做登記，但流程算是容易及方便。 房間有廚房及碗碟餐具，衛生清潔。廁所比較殘舊，衣櫃的趟門不能順暢地拉趟。客廳跟房間各自都有一部電視機，適合各人同時收看不同電視台。」

「This was a nice, quiet place to stay, located at the bottom of a very large hill. The location was peaceful, but the hill does make it less convenient if you are planning to walk to nearby shops or a grocery store. The road at the bottom of the hill that runs in front of the hotel is easy to walk along and has very little traffic, which was nice. However, getting anywhere beyond that can be a bit challenging without transportation. The bus stop is about 1 km away at the very top of the hill,...

「Apartment was clean and well presented. I would highly recommend following the check-in process accurately and doing this well in advance of actual check-in, communication wasn't always the easiest which lead to delays but we also did not check in 24 hours in advance, as recommended. A pleasant apartment, handy to the Disney parks」

「Logement propre, malheureusement les explications pour récupérer les clés et monter dans l’appart depuis le parking été bien difficile à comprendre et mettre en œuvre, 35 min afin de trouver l’accès et réussir à monter à l’appartement. Aussi, pas de volets sur les fenêtres du salon, ni clim , ni ventilateurs… au vue de la canicule, nous avons vraiment mal vécu notre séjour… C’est dommage le logement été sympa en dehors de ça.」

À 17h nous avons reçu les codes d'accès. Aucune réponse de la part de 123homefr par téléphone ni aux différents messages envoyés via expedia. Logement propre, sauf le four. Le mobilier est a changé car très abîmé. Sanitaire à changé également très usé, la baignoire et la chasse d’eau avec de l'adhésif..」
