Bad value for money, clients do not matter here.

A hotel that is not well maintained at all. Rooms are old, with broken TV's, badly functioning airconditioning, damaged showers and WIFI that is not working 80% of the time. Rooms are a lot older then they look on the pictures. Hotel staff took an hour to understand my online booking. Restaurant staff actually had the nerve to tell me that the supposedly included breakfast is just not available. Second day they tried to charge me extra. Not good value for money, but it seems there are not a lot of options that are in the Akwa district.

hôtel situé à un endroit facilement accessible.

Le personnel de la réception est malhonnête, plus particulièrement la demoiselle. A mon arrivée personne ne me connaissait (virtuellement) alors j'avais fait une réservation. ils m'ont installé dans une chambre basse gamme que j'ai payé au même prix et en cash, ce n'est pas normal. Même s'ils avaient des différends avec EXPEDIA mais ce n'est pas qui vais les régler? Quelques fois ils oublient de me mettre les serviettes de toilette ou le drap dans la chambre. Au niveau du restaurant, l'équipe paraît gentille et accueillante; plus particulièrement Cathy qui le sourire à tout moment et toujours prête à répondre.

E' un Hotel storico di Douala senza manutenzione!!

La posizione è perfetta nella zona di Akwa. Peccato che l'Hotel non abbia mai passato un buon processo di manutenzione. Ma dopo un pò ci si dimentica dell'ambiente per via della gentilezza del personale giovane e sempre attento alle esigenze del Cliente, compreso il Taxi dedicato, il buon ristorante JUSTINE e ... il prezzo conveniente.

The hotel is grossly misrepresented on the internet. This hotel is very date and not clean. Situated is a challenging area.

次回もお世話になりたいホテルである。

周りのホテルに比べ価格が安いが、空港への無料の送迎が含まれていたり、機能的には問題ない。 朝食がパンだけで物足りないのとネットが遅いのが多少気になるが許容範囲だ。幹線道路から１本入り夜も静かだし、１ブロック歩けばレストランやバー、カジノがあり便利な立地だ。
