「Due to new development location by Dragon Ocean, there are not many options of the hotel, restaurants & shops around yet. Do Son beach is near by. I like to overlook the bay view and outdoor pools on 9th floor balcony.」

"The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island."
