Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Cost

We had an extremely disappointing and even frightening experience at TM Suites in Dortmund. We arrived later in the evening, only to find a completely unmanned “hotel.” There was no reception, no staff on site, and the person we were told to contact in case of problems never answered the phone – despite multiple attempts to reach them. The two rooms we had booked looked nothing like the photos online. In fact, it felt unsafe from the moment we arrived. Both room doors looked like they had been broken into – visibly damaged and poorly repaired, if at all. The floors were in terrible condition, dirty and heavily worn. The bathroom door couldn’t even be locked, and the door handles throughout the rooms were loose or broken. There was zero sense of security, and we did not feel safe staying there for the night. The entire property gave off a neglected and untrustworthy vibe. It’s shocking that this place is even allowed to operate as a hotel. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. This was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had – misleading pictures, no staff, no safety, and absolutely no accountability.

Absolut schlecht, bitte nicht buchen!

Absolute Frechheit: Schimmel, Dreck überall (Wand, Decke, WC etc..) Lärm & unsichere Türen. Notgedrungen mussten wir das Zimmer nehmen, da wir keine Ausweichmöglichkeit hatten.

Der Code für das Haus und das Zimmer wurde nach einer kurzen telefonischen Nachfrage direkt zugesandt. Das war das einzig positive. Das Zimmer war kalt und laut. Wände speckig. Fenster undicht. Möbel alt und kaputt, billigstes Inventar. Brandlöcher und Brandflecke von Zigaretten überall. Die Badezimmertür schleifte auf dem Boden und ließ sich nur mit Anstrengung öffnen und schließen Das Haus und Zimmer sind unsauber, gammelig und speckig. Der schmale Tisch war dreckig. Das Badezimmer eine Zumutung. Kein Stöpsel im Waschbecken, ekelig. Schimmel auf den Dichtungen der Dusche. Elektrische billigste Wandheizung, kaltes Bad. Die Toilettenbürtstenhalterung wackelig. Die zwei Schlafsessel waren ekelig speckig. Für 3 Personen gab es nur 1 Handtuch. Alles wirkte alt , gammelig und primitiv. Der Preis ist für so ein Loch die reinste Frechheit, aus diesem Grund verlange ich eine Rückzahlung von 50 Prozent!

We had booked this hotel through Expedia for 4 adults. After we drove 4 hours to get there, they would not let us check in as they said we could only have 2 people! You should not be allowed to book for 4 adults if they only accept 2!!

VARNING FÖR DETTA BOENDE!!

Bedrövligt s.k. hotell. Inget stämde med beskrivningen. Inget kylskåp! Inget skrivbord! Inte en enda stol! Inte någon krok i rum eller badrum att hänga kläder eller handdukar! Toa dörren gick knappt att öppna el. stänga. Detta var det sämsta hotell jag någonsin bott på! Och till ett ”stollapris”! 756 euro för två nätter! Hej, VARNING FÖR DETTA BOENDE!!!!

Stadtnah, leicht zu finden

abgewohnt und auf den ersten Blick sauber. Dreck in den Ecken, Kaffeeflecken an den Wänden, Bett mit Klebeband versehen, Steckdose mit Klebeband versehen, Dusche defekt, diese Zimmer wurde vor Jahren teuer eingerichtet, ist es aber total abgewohnt, es wird nichts für die Instandhaltung getan. Deshalb ist es viel zu teuer. Würden es nicht empfehlen. Kommunikation läuft gut . Es gibt nirgends Parkplätze. Man muss weit weg parken.

Sauerkeit, was ist das, Flecken auf Tagesdecke und Schlafstuhl, Schubladen nicht leer (alte Keksdosen usw.) Zweites Handtuch hatte einen großen Kaffeefleck! Eingang zu Haus erst nicht gefunden, sah nicht besonders einladend aus, positiv bewertet. Haus nachts Laut. Ich hätte bei drei Sternen etwas anderes erwartet, nie wieder! Ich werde Sie nicht weiterempfehlen!

gute zentrale Lage, nah zum Zentrum

Das Personal an der Rezeption war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es fällt auf, das vor kurzem das Gebäude renoviert wurde. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer war neu. Helle angenehme Farben und Möbel. Bequemes Bett, würde es wieder buchen, bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Dortmund.

Nur zum schlafen ok.

Eine Dreiviertel stunde auf den Türcode gewartet und in der Dusche ging kein warmwasser. Es war sauber, parkplatz findet man auch gleich und in 15min ist man zu fuß im zentrum.

Nice apartement

We had a very good stay, well organized. This type of apartment is great, to recommend for other stays. On the other hand do not forget to specify them when you arrive after 5 pm otherwise they leave and leave you a code on your email address. You have to have a connection to see the email; not easy abroad ....

NOTE!: The hotel has NO reception or staff. Its refurbished apartments. Very newly refurb. No hangers, nowhere to put things. Floor very Dirty from the renovation. No tables /chairs. Clean and ok bathroom. Bed very good. Check in procedure: You get a confirmation mail with access code for the building and one access code for the room. In our case that meant problem as we booked it the night before on internet and after that we were not online so we stood outside the building and tried to Contact the hotel using the published Telephone number but no one answered! After 1 hour we managed to get in Contact with someone that could give us the access codes!....Never again!
