Not so well suited for business stay!
This hotel is a great choice for those looking for a straightforward and no-frills experience. The train station is just a stone's throw. Hotel looks relatively new, and that freshness is unmistakable. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. As to dining, the only minor downside is the breakfast, which, while not terrible, lacks any variety for vegetarians. During my multi-night stay, there were multiple days when there was significant shortage of vegetarian options, including lacking any potato dishes on the breakfast buffet, which was quite unusual. This wasn't the case when we stayed here in 2022. But the hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of a nearby "food bazaar" that offers a delightful variety of hot food options available well past midnight. On the amenities side, it would be wise to reinstate the laundry and dry-cleaning services. These services were available during our stay in 2022 but inexplicably discontinued in 2023! When inquiring at the front desk about laundry services, guests are promptly directed to a nearby public laundromat a few doors down from the hotel. However, this presents 2 issues: Firstly, not all guests have the time, especially during business trips, to handle their laundry chores. Secondly, the laundromat is self-service and does not provide dry-cleaning facilities. When I inquired about arranging dry-cleaning, the front desk staff mentioned that they were unsure of whom to contact!

Highly recommended, wonderful hotel and staff
Found outsleves in a difficult situation after a motorcycle breakdown and poor recovery service. The help we received from the girls on reception was absolutely fantastic. Without their assistance a stressful time would have been a whole lot worse. Special mention for Sofia and Siva who went above and beyond to help us. The hotel is clean comfortable, relaxed and modern. Our room was spacious, modern, good air con and comfortable. Underground car park is a worthwhile benefit when close to the city which is a few minutes walk away. 5 out of 5 without any doubt.

What can I say about this hotel, I think I am now part of the furniture... But in this stay, our beautiful receptionist was doing her thing, then realized it was me, and was oh it's you and stopped.... It is lucky that this young receptionist has the most beautiful beaming smile, and just glows, you can't be anything but just the thought of Awww. Haha, but next time I want the full breakdown

Great for business travel
Very good value for money. Stayed there for 2 nights, everything was clean. They let me choose whether to have daily cleaning or not, and soaps were in a big bottle- very eco friendly. Breakfast had vegan options. Overall I was very satisfied

The staff are always very friendly and hotel is one of the nicest properties in Dortmund. My only complaint would be that parking costs €15 if you choose to park in the garage, but that’s easiest enough to avoid by parking outside.

Very clean and comfortable place, very friendly and efficient staff. Basic amenities but I didn't miss anything. Hotel parking was full but street parking was easy to find. Great location, close to Dortmund station.

Worse hotel staff I have ever had. Our room was not cleaned, sheets were not changed, and bathroom issue was ignored. When explicitly asking to change our sheets after 6 nights on an 11-night stay, they did not change them. We marked the sheets before and they made the bed without changing them. WE had to change our own sheets when we complained.

Hotel is new, looks nice and clean, nice staff, good location, close to everything. But hotel has a Small parking and when I got there parking was full and I had to park my car in another parking and payed €13 for one night

Das zweite Mal übernachtet. An sich kann man das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Es sollte einem nur bewusst sein, dass es ziemlich laut ist wegen der Hauptstraße und weil Autokorsos Richtung Dortmunder Wall stattfinden. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber da wir vor Jahren schon mal dort waren und es einfach keinen Unterschied gab, fanden wir es schade. Ein wenig Neuerungen beim Frühstück wären toll. Die Zimmer sind soweit sauber, aber bei uns gab es einen riesigen Fleck auf dem Bettläufer, welches sich durch das Waschen höchstwahrscheinlich nicht entfernen ließ. Das sieht unschön aus und gibt einem ein „unsauberes Gefühl“. Sollte und kann man bestimmt ersetzen. Zum Personal kann ich sagen, dass alle wirklich freundlich sind, aber unwissend. Wir kamen dahin und beim ersten Frühstück hieß es, dass wir gar kein Frühstück gebucht hätten. Danach fiel der Dame auf, dass es doch gebucht ist. Bei der Abreise hieß es, dass wir auch einen Hund dabei hätten, obwohl wir keine Haustiere besitzen und kein Hund dabei hatten. Wir wurden ständig mit irgendwelchen anderen verwechselt. Ständig musste man sich irgendwie rechtfertigen. Im Lobby gibt es kostenlosen Kaffee. Das sollte man beibehalten. Echt ein super Service, vielen Dank.

Das Deko Band über dem Bett war voll übler Flecken.Das geht ja gar nicht.Wir haben das der Rezeptionistin gezeigt und sie hat gesagt sie würde es weitergeben. Und nein,kein Einzelfall.In dem Zimmer von meinem Bruder sah dieses Dekoband genau so versifft aus. Unglaublich!

Keurig net en stijlvol ingericht hotel. Je voelt je gelijk thuis. Keurige kamer met o.a. zonwering bij het raam en een warmtelamp in de badkamer. Dit heb ik nog niet eerder bij een hotel gezien.

Wir mussten zu 3 in einem Bett schlafen was nur 1,60 war,auf bitte ein zustellbett zu erhalten wurde uns mitgeteilt das keine zur verfügung stehen, zudem waf in der Garage ebenfalls kein platz vorhanden so das man sich woanders um einen stellplatz kümmern musste

Sehr geehrter Thomas,Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.Gerne werden wir dazu Stellung nehmen.In unserem Haus stehen Ihnen Doppel- und Dreibettzimmer zur Verfügung, welche man auch expilzit buchen kann.Sie haben ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und angegeben, dass Sie mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind reisen.Da Sie nur ein Doppelzimmer gebucht haben, waren wahrscheinlich keine Dreibettzimmer mehr verfügbar, und das Kind muss leider im Bett der Eltern schlafen. Es wude - wie zuvor erwähnt - nur ein Doppelzimmer gebucht.Nur weil man bei der Buchung eine dritte Person angibt, heißt das nicht automatisch, dass man auch ein drittes Bett erhält. Am besten nehmen Sie bei zukünftigen Buchungen direkt Kontakt mit dem Hotel auf, um so etwas zu vermeiden.Auch haben die Kollegen vor Ort Ihnen sicherlich eininge Parkmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt und sie nicht einfach wieder weggeschickt.Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute.Ihre Rezeption
