Hoewel de locatie op loopafstand van de westfalenhalle ligt, hadden wij toch niet een verblijf naar volledige tevredenheid. Bij aankomst (voor check-in tijd) kregen wij te horen dat de kamers nog niet klaar waren, logisch want we waren te vroeg. Maar voor een extra bedrag van €15,- konden we wel de kamers in. Heel vreemd, want ze waren immers nog niet klaar. Kamers zelf waren netjes, maar echt heel warm, terwijl het buiten vroor. Ook geen mogelijkheid om dit aan te passen. Kussen op het bed was een niks. Veel te dun. Voor de hoofdingang stonden constant mensen te roken, wat zeer storend was, wanneer je hier langs moest. conclusie, qua locatie prima, maar de rest kan verbeterd worden.

Für ein oder zwei Übernachtungen ist das Hotel gut geeignet. Frühstück war für den Preis in Ordnung. Leider hat es in unserem Bad nach Urin gerochen (augenscheinlich war es aber sauber). Da wir erst um 23 Uhr dort ankamen und die Rezeption deshalb nicht besetzt war, haben wir dies nicht direkt vor Ort bemängelt.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein- und Auschecken waren einfach. das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und gegenüber des Hotels ist eine U-Bahn Haltestelle, die Bahnen fahren recht oft. Das Zimmer war sauber und freundlich. Die Lage ist ruhig, wenn im naheliegenden Stadion (Signal Iduna Park) ein Spiel ist, sieht es sicher anders aus. Gefehlt hat uns ein Wasserkocher. Für weitere Besuche werden wir dieses Hotel sicher wieder buchen.
