「Stets sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Großes Zimmer mit kleiner Kücheneinrichtung, hier kann man sich mal eine kleine Mahlzeit machen, wenn man nicht ausgehen möchte. Innenstadtnah, zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten zur Westfalenhalle. Kleiner hoteleigener Parkplatz, in der Nähe großes Parkhaus der Dortmunder U. 」

「Ich habe es für wirklich schlecht empfunden, dass man als Übernachtungsgast eventuell (in meinem Fall war es leider so) keinen Parkplatz hat. Es war ein Fußballspielwochenende und ich musste sonst wo parken, obwohl ich nur ins Hotel wollte. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, dass sie nur bestimmte Plätze hätten und ich nichts reservieren könne. Auch im Sommer nicht, was von Interesse ist, wenn man mit Hund verreist. Pech eben… Das könnte man wesentlich besser lösen. Zumal die Hotel Parkplätze...

「Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, so dass man sich gleich wohlgefühlt hat. Das einzige, was man verbessern könnte - ein Schrank im Zimmer wäre sehr sinnvoll. 」
