"Love this hotel! Rooms are clean, and cookies are delicious. Excellent location, and lots of restaurants behind the property that I didn’t know about before. Staff is super nice and accommodating. "

"Asia was the only staff member I had a positive experience with during my stay. They attempted to accommodate me and switched me to two (2) different rooms that wreaked of cigarette smoke. Additionally, shouted and banged on my door without identifying themselves, demanding I come out because I was past my check-out time. I was not and had paid receipt proof of an extended late check-out in addition to making a note in my reservation booking. They failed to take responsibility and check their records and receipts prior to behaving in such an unprofessional and erratic manner. It's already hard enough in this economy to stay afloat, so I highly recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere unless you enjoy being shouted at, mistreated and cigarette smoke filled rooms."
