「Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.」

「Very quiet and everything from booking to checkout was easy and efficient. The room was great and very spacious and modern. I did not use any of the kitchen facilities, but from what I saw, it is fully equipped. 」
