「Prima hotel, vriendelijk personeel, genoeg om te kiezen bij het ontbijt. Werden zelfs paar week terug gebeld ivm arrangement (op tijd dineren + vervoer) ivm concert in Gelredome waar we naar toe gingen. Wel jammer dat toen we terug kwamen in het hotel om 23.45uur, geen drankje meer konden doen.」

「The hotel is not in the city central. So it is a little inconvenient if you want to buy something. But the hotel is very nice. I went to the spa and sauna every night. It actually helped me to relax. There is a bathing suit shop which provides high-quality goods to customers. You don't need to afraid that you forgot to bring anything. 這是一間讓人可以感到放鬆的飯店，推薦!」

We had to use an iPad to enter every bit of information, while the clerk (who had a full keyboard and could do this many times faster than 2 fingers on a small iPad) watched and did not intervene to assist unless asked. During Covid, this might have been helpful, but these days, it is simply inefficient and unnecessary. The staff were uneven - some were great (the 2nd person...
