「This hotel was fabulous! We've been on a 10 day trip out west and this hotel surpassed all other places. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, quiet no noise from adjoining rooms, showers was like a spa. Highly recommend this hotels for a relaxing evening. Definitely 5 stars 🌟 」

「Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these...

「Because I went to bed late and had to take a 9 o'clock bus to the airport at 3 o'clock in the morning. The service staff called me twice but I was still very sleepy. However, they waited for me patiently. I think they are very responsible!」
