「Highly recommended」

「Good location for Doncaster racecourse/snow dome, free parking which is a bonus. Hotel has a main building with reception and bar/restaurant room for breakfast. Rooms are in the annex. Slightly tired looking but room was clean and serviceable for a 1 night stay and staff were helpful as we had some problems accessing room/paying due to a powercut in the area(which I believe isn't uncommon in that area of Doncaster?). All in all would recommended for a basic 1-2 night stay if you're in the...

「Awful hotel. Booked a suite and checked out after just 20 minutes. The music from a party was so loud that the bathroom vibrated. No staff available for 45 minutes when trying to complain so ended up just leaving. The rooms are no as shown and there are stains and dust everywhere. This is an embarrassment to the mercure group. Very little to no help from Expedia either.」

「Wow! Absolutely lovely place to stay with all of the commodities and amenities of a 5 star hotel. Staff welcomed me right at the parking area. Hospitality deserves 10 stars! Bonus points for cozy authentic garden with real herbs and flowers.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. Yea and coffee provided. Plenty of space to get ready. Bed was comfortable. We had been out drinking and was a late night the morning after I asked if we could extend our check out time the request was accepted at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.」
