「it is really nice hotel, staff are nice, food also good.」

「Following three failed attempts to check in on arrival due to an unmanned desk, the rest of the stay was excellent, mostly down to the wonderful Sunny whom ensured our stay was comfortable and with plenty of supplies due to the weather conditions. The only downside was a faulty light in our room which constantly flashed on and off during the night which disturbed our sleep a little. We reported it twice, hoping for repair or a change of room but it was a weekend so no maintenance was available...

「Very friendly guest house - I was welcomed and made to feel at home straight away. I only stayed for one night as the Hilton Leeds (my usual place) was full. The room was small but tastefully decorated. The lounge is really nice with comfy seats. The breakfast was very good quality and well cooked. The whole experience was very relaxing and only 20 minutes from the city centre. Recommended.」

「Very disappointing to arrive on site a 1845 and discover that there was no restaurant facilities and no bar available for a drink. The booking confirmation stated that both were open 11 till late, but it's actually 6pm when the restaurant closes. There is an expensive shop open to buy student type food, but we didnt fancy pot noodle when we were hoping to be dining in the restaurant. Very misleading information. 」

「I have stayed before. Tracey and Emyr are wonderful hosts. They remembered that my mum was is hospital and asked how she was. They got my room ready so I could come here straightaway because I was going to the hospital. I highly recommend. Bridleways is a gem so peaceful, quiet and just perfect. I love staying here and will come again 」

「I was the convenient of the shops.but they were a couple of things wrong with the room The toilet flushing system was faulty along with the toilet seat which was loose. The room could do with a bigger tv on the wall so they is more on the desk to work.」

「A fantastic gem of a guest house, ideal for visiting Lincoln. The Victorian decor & character is pleasant & homely. The hosts lain & Anna treated us & all guests during our stay like royalty. The pine room we stayed in was luxurious & cosy. The continental breakfast boasted great variety with hot beverages & toast served on request. Thoroughly reccomend & would stay again soon.」
