「Foxwood House is a historic building with the main house and several out buildings. I had originally booked Coach House. we arrived in the dark (cause it sets early here) and basically just unpacked, exhausted from long flight. TV was not working so the manager moved us to Onze Emmie suite. 「The property is very eclectic. Well decorated and a lot of seating outside on the patio. Breakfast was very good. Margaret was very friendly and always smiling. Bed was very comfortable. 「Amazing service and chic apartments 」

「It is a very eclectic hotel with unique lounging areas on the different floors. Staff were great and breakfast was good. There was an issue with no curtains or shades on the door to one of the balconies in our room but being on the 3rd floor mitigate any exposure. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in Johannesburg again 」

「Cliff side property, restaurant out stinking standing!」

「More like a boarding house than a hotel but great place to stay. I had no a lovely room with small courtyard view,room had fridge, desk and chair, microwave, jug and tea/coffee, TV, bed was comfortable and very friendly and helpful people. It is in a safe area and a short walk to cafes and shops. 」

「We got a family room excellent for 5, 2 big beds and 2 single beds. Great value for money. We had a very good time in Alcazaba hotel. There is a great Nando's restaurany at 100m. Good facility for the car at the supermarket parking closed very near. The neighbourhood is not beautiful nor very quiet by night. Great breakfast !」
