"Após nossa reclamação, finalmente nos alocaram em um quarto digno, inúmeras vezes melhor que o chalé literalmente caindo aos pedaços onde fomos inicialmente acomodados (com a falácia de que aquilo seria um upgrade na reserva feita por mim. Lamento muito ter pago por isso). A equipe foi sempre muito cordial. O café da manhã era bom, mas não era nenhuma maravilha."
