「The location can't be beat, and Joseph (the manager) was extremely responsive. We started out in the Blu Suite, which was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, it was difficult to sleep due to the loud music blaring just outside until 2 am, the light from the street beaming in brightly, and the construction that began at 6 am. We expected (and had been warned) that there would be street noise, but this was beyond what we could comfortably handle. Fortunately, Joseph was able to move us...

「I only stayed for one night before traveling, and the room they gave me was adequate. There was some noise from the outside that was a bit annoying in the morning, however, you are in Jerusalem and there is construction everywhere so it is to be expected. My only complaint about the room is that they did not supply some plastic cups to use when brushing your teeth. They did leave a glass by the sink, but I prefer not to use a hand washed glass (there are numerous videos on the Internet about why...

「We stayed at the hotel for three nights from and booked a total of seven rooms. But what happened was a big surprise. On the first day of check-in, when I arrived at the hotel, no bellboy came to carry the luggage, and the doorman did not take the initiative to open the door. When we asked for a king room to be replaced with a double room, the front desk ignored us. When we ask what facilities the hotel has? The front desk replies back to the room to check for yourself....

「We had our room cleaned every other day. Some days we would get new water bottles, replaced soap, refilled coffee and tea, but not every time. It was hit or miss. We were there for 14 days and as wonderful as the breakfast is, it is the same food already picked out for you, for 14 days. Variety would be much better. The Wi-Fi does not work half the time and the door keys take about ten tries before you get lucky and get into your room. The staff is the best staff; everyone would go out of their...
