「Looks great but staff were neither plentiful nor helpful. No pool towels, pool was not very clean, staff were not helpful. Ate in the bar, one staff person who said literally said nothing to us. 「Staff were excellent, friendly and very attentive. Whilst the area the hotel is situated in was quiet and peaceful the hotel was extremely noisy during the night (from 1.30 until 4 a.m. continuous door banging, people walking around, noisy shower etc) - no soundproof doors or walls. Avoid room 10! Staff in the restaurant were very able and friendly but the food was passable at best. Easy parking and good location off the motorway.」
