「The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. Great walk-in shower. We opted to reserve a parking space and to order breakfast - both good decisions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. The town of Azay-le-Rideau is charming with many small shops. We're looking forward to returning.」
「Charming characterful property, beautiful room. We loved the donkey and meeting Sandrine and her family. Delicious breakfast, would highly recommend.」
「The hotel lived up to our expectations and was ideal as a centre from which to tour that part of France. The one small drawback was that it was a little out of the centre of Azay-le-Rideau to which it took a good 15 minutes to walk.」
「We had an absoloutely wonderful two night stay with our toddler at Cave Auger. The upstairs family apartment was perfect for us , and we were particularly grateful for the excellent air con during one of the heatwaves earlier this year. The pool was great - warm and immaculately clean.
Stéphane was the most welcoming host - and we particularly enjoyed the dinner on the terrace that was all local produce, and it came with our own little barrel of delicious wine. Breakfast similarly...
