「Everything was great, from check-in to check-out, all the staff were very attentive. The location is perfect, the room has a sea view, the furniture is new, everywhere from the lobby to the rooms smelled very clean. Additionally, it is a quick drive to old town Nessebar, a place that must be visited. 」

「Great location close to the beach, we were on the ground floor so there was a bit of noise from the road but it was alright, the bed was incredibly comfy! We arrived very late in the night after a long travel delay but the staff kindly left our room key/check in details by the reception as it was closed by then. Thanks for a comfortable stay!」

「The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. 「Dirty place in nasty naberhood. Close to the beach BUT not a nice area around!!! Beds are like sleeping on the floor, nasty food is wrong to say but the food is okay. The bar in the reseotion erya dont know how to smile and slow as hell! so overall, dont go ther!」

「Very nice clean modern room, staff were helpful although limited English speaking on reception at later check in time. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool looked nice, although too cold for us to try and use. Limited utensils in room however, need a few more. Too far out of Varna City, had to get taxi's everywhere.
