"The stay was good, room is spacious and has all essential. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not open, because there were no staff, so I had to find another place to eat. Garden is beautiful, swimming pool is clean."

This instantly made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We went to the room and instantly felt dirty as the place was not clean and things were broken such as cupboards and light fixtures. When attempting to take a shower we realised there was also no hot water, so this was completely unpleasant. We sat back and booked a new place for three times...
