"Extended my stay in prague for a week last minute. This was a lovely set contained apartment in an excellent location just minutes away from the tram & underground. Lots of shops near by too. I had my own wifi hub in the apartment which allowed me to work. My own kitchen to cook and washing machine to clean clothes. It had everything I needed for a peaceful extended stay. Apartment is modern and nice. Would definitely stay here again if I visit prague in future. "

"We really had a good time as a family. It is a self check in and we were provided with instructions. The property is clean and almost complete of your basic needs. It’s about 5-7 min walk to the nearest tram/metro to go around the city. The property is quiet and secured. There were few broken things that I reported right away. "The property doesn't look *anything* like the pictures...we couldnt even find it at first. Property in state of disrepair & renovation; dust-covered workmen all over property, but nobody to answer any guest questions or help in any way at property. We were too early to check in because of the train schedule - that's fine, I totally understand if we can't check in for a few hours - but there's no place to store luggage. This left my girlfriend and I with no real options but to sit by the side of the road with our luggage for hours, or to get another hotel entirely. Several hours after checking in to our new hotel (1 Republic, which was GREAT and highly recommended), we finally got a response back from the management saying, in effect, too bad so sad, we're keeping your money. We were further informed in this communication that the hotel does not even have bathrooms in the rooms; its a "shared bathroom & shower" hotel. All the guests share the bathroom & shower. This was the worst lodging experience in my lifetime. Literally a complete waste of my money."
