"The apartment was spotless and in a great location for shops/bars/eateries and of course the station, a 1 minute walk, and Spooners, the station bar and restaurant. Really good breakfast in there and the rest of the food was really nice. Great views from upstairs in the lounge/ kitchen. Everything we needed was there and lovely touch with the milk in the fridge and the Welsh cakes. They were lovely but couldnt find anywhere that had any in stock. "Disappointed that I was not notified that they had a wedding at the hotel as this affect my stay, no food being served at night and the poor staff was extremely busy, I had to go somewhere else to get a drink. "

"We couldn't believe it when we arrived as we were so looking forward to a well deserved break and relax .but we found our accommodation to be a nightmare . The place was not what was advertised. It smelled musky and it clearly hadnt been cleaned ,the kitchen was not what was advertised, dirty pits,pand and cutlery. The carpets were dirty. And then to find our beds with mouse droppings on was the last straw.my family were in tears "

"Nice hotel rooms were clean and tidy, good shower. Staff we found one member of staff quite rude to my wife when we arrived so wasn’t a good start. The bar staff on the Saturday evening were excellent 2 lads and a girl behind the bar really did shine, and won us back. Breakfast was poor on the Sunday morning. We didn’t really know how breakfast and would stop to help. No side plates no glasses for your orange juice , the bread box was empty for too long. The breakfast was warm and that’s about it. Nice hotel few faults, we won’t go back."
