Room was modern but the bathroom was clogged and the water wasn’t drained. We almost can’t take shower that night. Front desk was closed between 11pm to 1pm so no help provided during this period.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht aus dem 8. Stock ist ein Traum. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Da findet jeder was. Was mir wichtig ist: der Kaffee schmeckt. Das Hotel kann man empfehlen für einen Urlaub im Vogtland.

The rooms were clean upon arrival, just keep in mind that they do not clean the rooms every day. I arrived on a Thursday night and our rooms didn't get cleaned until Sunday, but when I requested it at the front desk, they cleaned the next day and additional supplies can be requested at any time. ...

Overall experience was good. Facilities were good. Location is also convenient just 2mind walk from the metro. With machine for washing dishes. Room is spacious with good pantry facilities.
