I activated "don't disturb" by mistake, returned late and room wasn't clean, I asked them to make my room and they sent me very polite man who cleaned the room and gave real attention. This hotel is phenomenal in every aspect of your stay. From the moment you enter the hotel until you check out you will receive a seven star outstanding service that I have never experienced before. I’d like to give it an evaluation of ”fantastic” in service, location, food, entertainment, room size, level of luxury staff, security amenities, convenience ,comfort, room equipment and preparation. I just can’t count and list them. You can just say everything. Will definitely stay here again, and these guys have raised my ceiling in selecting my future hotel stays.
