"Room and bathroom were very a nice size. Bed was very comfortable and clean. I would have rated it a 10, but the curtain in our room didn’t close all the way and so it was pretty light in the room at night. Also the pool had a chemical problem so they had it shut down when we were there. But otherwise it was very walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. "

But the location was just right for us, and the hotel was new and clean. The staff were very professional and helpful. We enjoyed the Mannheim-themed decor and the free WiFi and TV. We would deginitely stay here again."

They tolerated hand picking through cheese, meat and breads by some of the guests. There usually were dogs in the dining room and some of the staff would go from petting back to food and dishes handing. A couple of the dogs weren't clean."
