「A lot of bees around outside hot tub I got the bee sting in my toe We informed the front desk, but nothing changed Bed wasn’t changed, smells dog and dogs hair everywhere The toilet is linking The fridge is not working properly No tea in the root」

「The hot tub was hot enough during my trip. The only thing is it was a little dirty on the bottom of the hot tub, which is probably to be expected, but my room is perfect except for the microwave didn’t work properly and the streaming device kept cutting out so we had to keep repeatedly unplug the streaming device for 30 seconds and plugging it back in for it to work. 」

「Room is clean and renovated. Breakfast is excellent containing hot meals (sausage, omelette, bacon), warm cinnamon rolls, and much more. Location is very convenient for visiting Columbia River Gorge.」

「There was dried food matter in the refrigerator and on the stove, just over all very dirty. The staff were very friendly, but the room wasn't clean at all. They did have a help wanted sign on the front sign, so I'm guessing they were short on help. We just went and got some supplies and cleaned it up. The tv barely worked as well, just kept going on and off. Reception problem I'm sure. Fortunately we had lots of plans for outings so we we mostly just there to sleep. But if I had any advice...

「The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.」

「The property is unique and we enjoyed the grounds. The customer interface from staff could use some work. Waiting at the front desk while employees complain about guests is a turn off. Along with the snotty eye-rolling bar staff, or the breakfast waitstaff's whole hearted disclaimer that they could not guarantee the safety of my food from allergens in their kitchen rather than a "we care about your health, we will do our best" If it were my property, I would ask my staff to contain their...
