Seem to be older motel maybe doing remodeling? Outlet wasn't fastened in the wall and the closet doors weren't hung. Bed was comfy. Breakfast area was pretty small.

Adequate for us.
When we checked in the tv was not “talking” to the remote. Fortunately the clerk was able to help us repair the two. The fan I. The bathroom was very loud and the heating and cooling fan could not be put on continuous (which was annoying). The quilt on the base was too small for a king. But all in al a good value for the price.

Just want to start out saying that I slept fine. The real issue I had was there was no heat in the room and the bathtub had stains in it and there was a security risk because one of the card readers on the side of the building for entry did not work so the hotel had propped the door open.

Nice and clean no disability accommodations
We had requested a downstairs room since I am disabled and on oxygen. They told us the only rooms available were upstairs. The parking lot did not seem full at all. Room was nice and clean very difficult to climb stairs. No elevator. Stay was good just very disappointed they could not accommodate me.

We had to call and call in order to find someone to come and check us in when we arrived. Once we were checked in, we were informed that there would be no continental breakfast the next morning due to it being Christmas. Once we got into our room. The closet door was not on the closet. And then since we didn’t have a continental breakfast to go to we were hoping to make coffee in our room. That did not happen either because there was no carafe on the coffee machine. And when we drove by other quality inns along the interstate, they were all MUCH busier and I’m sure we’re serving breakfast!!!

I called and asked if I could get the ground floor for a senior citizen. The person who answered the phone said I’d reserved the room on the first floor, and no rooms were available. I thought that if the rooms were unavailable, he should tell me if any room became available during check-in, there might be a possibility, but instead, he said I should get the room for what I was paying for. I thought it was wrong, so I called again, and the same person picked up the phone. I asked him if I could still get the ground floor and pay a difference, and as far as I know, before a guest check-in, the room assignment can be arranged based on preference during check-in and availability. But he said no. So, I asked to talk to the manager, thinking the person who answered the phone probably didn’t know if it could be done. But he said he was the manager, and suddenly he got pissed because I told him what could be done. After a heated conversation, he told me he could make the arrangements, but he didn’t want to because I told him how things are done, and he didn’t like that. After reading other reviews on Google, etc., I don’t think the manager takes it seriously in all his responses to his customer's previous reviews. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have written this review to complain about lousy customer service. By the way, the rooms on the first floor are much better than the ground floor because of the noise. I’m glad he didn’t switch the room!!!

The people were very friendly and the place was beautiful and clean. The only problem was that the beds were really tall so my disabled dad could not get in it, and the bathroom is really tight. It was a nice room but it dis not say that the handicap accessible rooms were king bed only not 2 beds. Needs to be more transparent when you pick rooms

Booked for the hot tub & it had no water in it. Our room didn’t have a blow dryer & the fixed sheets weren’t the right size for the bed & wouldn’t stay on the mattress. No regular coffee at breakfast.

I booked this motel for a ground floor and late check in. When I arrived the clerk advised that all the ground floor rooms had been filled even though I had previously received an email telling me the ground floor room and late check in had been guaranteed. This was the third bad experience I have had with Quality Inns and it will probably be my last.

There was nobody at the front desk to check us in. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. Our room had no smoke detector. It was missing and just had the exposed wires hanging from the ceiling. The breakfast area was very cramped and small. Had to wait for people to stand up to get around the tables. There was nobody at the front desk again when we tried to check out. Used the phone on the desk to talk to someone that did not speak English very well. We were told it would be 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. We will never stay at a Quality Inn again at any location. Beware and stay somewhere else.
