「Had a horrible experience for the 5 night stay, given the hot weather, the AC of the room was not working and with repeatedly raising this with the Hotel staff and Front desk, nothing was done and the 5 days i stayed was without AC in the room, maybe the hotel was fully booked or otherwise, the staff did not do anything to make my stay comfortable in the hot weather. Even asking for water to be topped up in the room was a struggle with multiple calls to the house keeping without any success....

「Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen war einfach gleich einer Kantine. Einfallsloses essen.Sogar sie Zugeschnittenen Salatzutaten waren ohne Geschmack. Tassen immer mit Kaffeeflecken. Das Wasser an der Strandbar einfach nur lauwarm. Toiletten sind rar. Vom Strand zur Toilette ca. 500 m. Schlechte bis gar keine Unterhaltung. Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen und langweilt sich am Abend. Nein…das Hotel würden wir nie wieder buchen.」

「Extremely disappointing experience – definitely not 5-star quality This hotel is supposedly a 5-star property, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what you would expect from a hotel of this category. The room was extremely dirty and unpleasant, and we even found pests inside. What was particularly disappointing was the way the staff handled the situation. Despite bringing the pest issue to their attention, there was no proper response or serious effort to address the problem....
