"We just finished our 2 day stay… I’m extremely disappointed I don’t even know where to start.. unfortunately I have to eco the other low reviews on everything that was said. Definitely not worth the $$ & false advertisement on a lot of what is shown"

"Staff was very helpful but at times didn’t follow through. We asked for help with separating the beds and that help never came. "The hotel is very clean, I liked the pool and the kids room and playground, the nature around it, however it’s was inconvenient to walk to the beach that far. Also there are no restaurants at the hotel, you should walk 5 min to the restaurant."

"Unfortunately they advertise kitchen and they don't have room with kitchen. They also overbooked and they offer us another room with very stale smell and beds as old as the 80s. Never recommend. We didn't stayed . Stuff very very rude"
